RBS Recognition Event Thanks Team
Every year, the RBS United Way Campaign Team adds fun to the mix of raising money and making a difference. This dedicated group creates fun and excitement with year-round Special Events that have a little something for everyone! Whether they partake of the Jeans Fridays, the Silent Auction, the Taste of RBS Cookbook, the Autumn Fest Dinner, the Book and Jewelry Sales, the Holiday Bake Sale or the Loose Change Program, every RBS employee has a chance to have fun and raise money for United Way. Special events this year raised $30,000 for the United Way Community Impact Fund.
But RBS employees do even more than raise critical dollars for United Way initiatives. This past Fall, they brought in over 2,500 pounds of food for area food providers, participated in the 2007 Days of Caring, and volunteered for Read-a-loud Day at area schools.

This year’s special events included a golf tournament, an eAuction, and for the second year, an antique car show and motorcycle ride. Employees also enjoyed a concert at which Blood, Sweat & Tears performed. All employees who participated in the epledge process were entered into a raffle for one week’s paid vacation and $3,000 cash!
