Corporate Overview :

Founded in the 1950’s, Sartomer Company, Inc. has pioneered the commercial development of products for cured-in-place technologies. The name, "Sartomer", is derived from Greek and Latin words together meaning "tailor made part", a concept of doing business that clearly sets Sartomer apart from the competition. Every aspect of Sartomer's operations is uniquely structured toward one common goal...to accommodate the special requirements of each individual customer, large or small.

Sartomer’s UWEFC Campaign :

Sartomer’s 2005 campaign had 100% employee participation. Sartomer Plant Manager Ed Ogle expressed how proud he and his employees are to support United Way of Eastern Fairfield County.  Ogle commented, “We are pleased to join with other local companies to lend our support in helping United Way achieve its goals." Through its participation in the annual Day of Caring and ongoing involvement in the employee campaign, Sartomer provides assistance in forwarding the United Way’s Community Impact initiatives, which seek solutions to the most critical problems facing our community.

New Employee Campaign Manager Donna Kovac explained how Sartomer enhanced its most recent campaign by buying a gift certificate and holding a raffle for all those who made contributions to the United Way campaign – which in this case was everyone! The winner received a gift certificate for use at a local restaurant.
